Cipher and Code – Step-It-Up

I have created an emoji cipher which conceals a message. This activity is my favorite so far, because I like solving puzzles and the info was very helpful. It also reminded me of a book I read relating to the message which is hidden.

Can you figure out the message concealed?

  1. Mōrena Jamie,

This is a fun step up from the previous code cracking activity, it is amazing how many different formats of code language there are and how easy it is to learn or even come up with your own code. My all time favourite code would have to be morse code, what would yours be?

It looks like you had a great time deciphering some of Whaea Donnas codes and coming up with your own secret message using emoji code. After some careful time and deciphering skills I think I have managed to crack your code!! Does it say… Cipher and Codes??

If so, I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed this activity so much, as an extra step up you could have a go at creating your own code!

thank you for commenting on my blog! Morse code is one of my favorite types of codes too, even though I haven’t memorized the different lines and dots. Did you know there is a picture that helps you remember Morse code?

Here’s the link if you want to check it out: https://www.quora.com/Is-there-a-mnemonic-technique-to-remember-the-Morse-code-If-yes-then-what-is-it

You are right on the target, Cipher and Codes is correct! I might try creating my own code whenever I’m feeling bored, so thank you for suggesting that.

Thank you for commenting, have a lovely day and God bless!
      Jamie
