This is my rainbow diagram showing you how a rainbow is made. A mnemonic to remember the main colours of the rainbow; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet is: Rhinos Only Yank Goat’s Bags In Valleys
Here is the link to the video about a song which helps you remember the rainbow:
Mōrena Jamie,
That is a very clever mnemonic pattern you have created! I think I can remember that, it’s very entertaining! 😀
Your slide is presented so well! The information is descriptive and easy to read, and your slide is so colourful and bright like a rainbow! Ka pai! I didn’t know that there are more colours in the rainbow that we just can’t see! It makes sense though. Would these colours be colours that are found in between the major colours in the rainbow? That would be interesting to find out. Is your favourite colour seen in the rainbow?
Thanks for sharing a link to a video on how to remember the colours of the rainbow! How did you find this, was it something you were shown at school?
Keep up the good work! 😀

Thank you Simon for the blog comment, my favorite colour is red and I found the video on how to remember the colours of the rainbow when I was typing the first letters of the rainbow: R, O, Y, G, B, I, V.
Have a good day from Jamie
Kia ora Jamie
Nice mnemonic you have created there! It made me laugh a bit because its a funny sentence to say out loud isn’t it! But that’s a great way to help me remember it too!
Excellent diagram of how a rainbow works too! You’ve explained the science of a rainbow very well!
Have you ever taken any pictures of a rainbow before? Maybe you could keep an eye out for some (especially with all the rain and sun we are having!)
Keep up the great work!
Ngā mihi

Thank you Theresa for the blog comment and have a great day from Jamie!
